HR Business Partner

We are hiring an HR Business Partner on behalf of our client based in Dublin. Our client specializes in the distribution and conversion of a wide range of insulation materials. With a strong emphasis on professional advice, high-quality standard materials, and tailored insulation solutions, our client is a trusted partner for every project. They supply clients in the construction sector, industry, and specialized trade with thermal insulation, high-temperature insulation, acoustic insulation, fire prevention, and fireproof insulation products. Additionally, they excel in providing customized solutions for a variety of insulation applications

The Role:
As an HR Business Partner, this position involves consulting with line management, offering daily HR guidance, resolving complex employee relations matters, and enhancing workplace relationships and HR strategies. Operating across multiple locations, they act as consultants, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives to support the organisation’s success.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Consult with line management and provide day-to-day HR guidance
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters and handle grievances
  • Collaborate with management and employees to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires
  • Provide guidance on HR policies
  • Manage and implement Group ESG policies
  • Monitor and report on workforce planning and succession management
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Assess training programs
  • Recommend new HR strategies

Requirements & Skills:

  • HR-related degree and CIPD qualification
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong people management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labour legislation
  • Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and best practices
