Junior Solicitor

The legal recruitment team at Osborne is currently working with an ambitious, growing General Practice firm based in Dublin 5. This forward-thinking team is seeking to add a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor to their team with at least 1-year PQE and demonstrable experience running conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

What to expect: As an important member of this legal organization, you will play a vital role in advising clients in a varied range of residential real estate sales and acquisitions.  The team you will work on takes pride in delivering services of exceptional quality to their clients, ensuring a high standard of work and communication at all stages of these life-changing transactions.

You can expect to carry out title investigations and identification of potential risks, manage relationships with banks and lending organisations, brokers, estate agents, surveyors, developers and other interested parties.

Candidate Characteristics:
A strong focus on building strong and lasting relationships with clients and maintaining open and effective communication throughout the process is an absolute must-have characteristic, along with the following:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales.
  • Minimum of 1-year PQE working on Conveyancing transactions in Ireland.
  • A focus on providing solutions to common and novel issues faced by clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with superb attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrable organisational and prioritization skills.
  • Complementary probate and wills related conveyancing experience advantageous.
