Head of Operations 

Osborne has partnered with an international NGO based in Dublin to support their mission and growth. As part of this collaboration, we are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Operations to join their dynamic team. This leadership role offers an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact while driving operational excellence within a globally recognised organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations to ensure efficient administration and daily operations including but not limited to, HR, IT, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to develop and execute operational strategies.
  • Ensuring IT and communication systems are secure, so staff can carry out their work.
  • Verifying policies and procedures covering global staff ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practises.
  • Ensuring high performance of key operating teams.

For You:

  • Salary of €64,602 – €80,278 per annum.
  • Full-time permanent role.
  • South Dublin location.
  • 26 days annual leave.
  • Health insurance and more.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience and strong understanding of compliance and governance in the NGO sector in Ireland and Globally.
  • High level of communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong motivator and organisational skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decision based on cost and benefits.
  • Third level qualification in Human Rights, HR, Finance, Business or similar.
  • Problem solver with an eye for solutions.
