Credit Controller – 3 month contract

Salary & Benefits:

• 38-45k Depending on experience
• Full time contract
• Possible extension or permanent
• Parking available
• Start asap

Duties:

• Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are made on time.
• Follow up on overdue invoices via calls and emails.
• Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers.
• Set and manage customer credit limits based on assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding balances.
• Resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans if needed.
• Prepare regular reports on overdue payments and cash forecasts.
• Work with sales and finance teams to resolve account disputes.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in finance / credit control
• Available to start as soon as possible
• Open to a contract role
• Team player
• Systems – AR – SAGE and Salesforce – experience in these desirable
• Fluent English speaking and written.
