This is an excellent opportunity for an Audit Graduate to join a growing team. You will work closely with Audit Managers and Partners, gaining hands-on experience in audit planning, client interactions, and financial statement preparation.

The Ideal Audit Graduate:
ACA/ ACCA Part or Fully Qualified (or working towards)
2 years experience in a similar audit role.
Strong understanding of Irish GAAP, Irish Company Law, and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
Experience with Caseware Accounts Production is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills with a passion for mentoring and training junior staff.
Ability to manage a client portfolio effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Audit Managers and Partners in planning and executing audits.
Attend planning meetings with clients and senior team members.
Address audit queries and provide technical accounting guidance to clients.
Complete audit files and prepare financial statements.
Supervise and provide on-the-job training to junior team members.
Maintain responsibility for assurance assignment planning.
Participate in business development and client tenders where appropriate.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Mentor and support junior staff.
Undertake additional ad hoc duties as required.
