Tax Trainee

We are currently recruiting Tax Trainees to join a growing tax team in a well-established firm. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in taxation, work directly with senior professionals, and pursue a professional tax qualification.

Location: Dublin 2

Responsibilities of the Tax Trainee:

• Assist in tax compliance across Income Tax, CGT, Corporation Tax, and CAT.
• Support Tax Advisory projects and research technical tax points.
• Assist with tax registrations and various tax-related tasks as required.
• Work closely with the tax manager to meet tax deadlines.
• Handle ongoing client queries in a professional and timely manner.

The Ideal Tax Trainee:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, tax, business, or law is advantageous but not essential.
• Prior experience in tax is an advantage but not required.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
• Willingness to pursue a professional tax qualification.
