We are currently hiring for temporary experienced Administrators across North Dublin! This role is full time based fully onsite and is ideal for candidates looking for short term temporary assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting professional correspondence, including emails and letters.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings while ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Assisting staff and stakeholders with general queries.
Preparing spreadsheets, databases, and other information resources as needed.
Managing and maintaining filing and record-keeping systems in line with company policies.
Collaborating with team members to provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and colleagues.
Key Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
