Manufacturing Associate/Operator 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our team. Your dedication to quality, teamwork, and efficiency will play a vital role in ensuring smooth production processes and achieving operational goals.

Salary & Benefits

  • 23 month contract
  • Salary €30,000 – €33,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly and testing of products in line with company standards and technical documentation.
  • Accurately maintain records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and quality requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet and exceed production targets.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment.
  • Contribute to accurate stock control and inventory management efforts.
  • Share expertise by training team members to strengthen overall team performance.
  • Provide support to other departments as necessary to maintain operational continuity.
  • Participate in audits and quality control initiatives to uphold high standards.
  • Take on additional tasks as required to support business goals.

Primary Stakeholders:

  • This role supports internal customers, focusing on delivering consistent, high-quality work to meet the expectations of teams within the organization. By maintaining excellence in production, you’ll contribute to seamless workflows and company-wide success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum education requirement: Leaving Certificate.
  • Preferred qualifications include FAS training in electromechanical assembly or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
