In this role, you will:
Develop and manage our supplier base to support growing demand at our manufacturing sites in the USA and Ireland for Laboratory Diagnostic instruments.
Be the key contact between sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams, leading cross-functional projects.
Oversee end-to-end supplier management to ensure delivery, quality, and cost goals are met, both now and in the future.
Work closely with the global commodity team on price negotiations, demand planning, and strategy alignment.
Skills:
A degree in a relevant field (BS/BA). A Master’s or MBA is a plus.
8+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with commodities like metals, EMS, or plastics is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Requirements:
You’re proactive, organised, and able to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
You’re analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
You have experience leading cross-functional projects and assessing supplier capabilities.
You’re skilled in negotiations and focused on improving business outcomes.
You’re a strong communicator and team player, able to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
