Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service and process data through phone and email communications.
Support administration processes related to the Recognition/Registration of professionals.
Manage general administration tasks, including phone coverage, email correspondence, and post handling.
Verify and process applications according to statutory requirements and department protocols.
Maintain applicant filing and records management systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Assist with implementing decisions from registration boards, maintaining compliance with timelines.
Support your team by drafting correspondence, preparing reports and spreadsheets, and maintaining databases.Handle routine queries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
Prepare documentation for registration board meetings and contribute to policy development.
Participate in National Vetting Bureau liaison training to manage vetting applications.
The ideal candidate:
Has strong attention to detail and is comfortable working with both data and customer inquiries.
Is proactive in improving processes and supports cross-functional initiatives.
Possesses excellent communication skills and is familiar with data protection requirements.
Is capable of handling confidential information responsibly and accurately.
