We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Contact Centre Agent to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that patient needs are met and appointments are fully booked. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care and making sure patients feel heard and valued throughout their healthcare journey.
