At Osborne, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist on behalf of our client in the healthcare industry based in Dublin 6. If you are passionate about Accounts Payable and have relevant experience, please apply.
Location: Dublin 6 Job Type: 6 Month Temporary Contract with view to permanency Salary: €34,256 (pro rata) Hybrid Working: On completion of probation
Responsibilities:
Processing all data within the Accounts Payable Section as part of a team in a timely and accurate fashion
Recording data in relevant excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes
Processing purchase requisitions for various Departments
Checking compliance on paperwork received in the Finance Department to ensure that all documents are present and correct
Actively monitoring Suppliers accounts, dealing with queries and reconciling statements
Producing monthly reports as required in accordance with cut off dates.
Monitoring Finance department emails for invoices & queries
Assisting with Catering Department cash management and lodgements
Managing contracts database and ensuring contracts expiring within a timeframe are followed up for tendering.
Petty cash maintenance and reconciliation to include safe audits
Undertaking other duties (which may be in other sections of the Finance Department), as required, depending on the requirements of the department.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP S4HANA
Demonstrated attention to detail, day-to-day planning, and proactive initiative
IATI qualification (desirable)
Previous experience in the healthcare industry (desirable)
