We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client, a leading international engineering and construction firm. The ideal candidate must have high level presence and inter-personal skills. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for senior and specialized roles within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network and a proven track record in executive search and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with senior management to understand key hiring needs and requirements.
Executive Search and Recruitment:
Conduct targeted searches for senior and specialized roles within the company.
Utilize various sourcing methods including headhunting, networking, and social media to identify potential candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to shortlist and select the best candidates.
Employer Branding:
Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract high-calibre candidates.
Develop and execute strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Talent Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
Engage with passive candidates and maintain relationships for long-term recruitment needs.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand talent trends and competitor hiring practices.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Personal Attributes:
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or Construction, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a senior head-hunter role.
Proven experience in an international and multicultural environment, preferably in the engineering sector.
Strong network and connections within the engineering, construction and technical talent pool.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
