Admissions Administrator (Maternity Contract)

Here at Osborne, we are hiring an Admissions Administrator for a maternity contract, for our client, a well-established educational facility based in Dublin 24.
 ***This a maternity contract which will run for 10 months***
 
Package:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Salary – €28,000+ DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Managing student applications
  • Handling the onboarding of students
  • Taking payments
  • Database management
  • Administration and other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role with students is essential
  • Experience in billing/taking payments is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
