A leading provider of exterior home equipment based in South Dublin are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. This role will provide support to the office by handling various administrative tasks, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role will be on a part time basis, Monday to Friday evenings.

Main Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers at the front desk
Handle large volume of phone and email enquires
Prepare and send customer quotes
General administrative duties such as managing correspondence and documentation
Maintain records, ensuring data us kept up to date
Requirements:
Previous administration experience is essential
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
