Financial Accountant

Osborne Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and experienced Financial Accountant on behalf of our client based in Drogheda, Co.Louth. The ideal candidate would be a qualified accountant with a minimum 3 years’ experience working within an SME.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Quarterly Management Accounts
• Coordinate with external auditors and oversee the year-end audit
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
• Ensure timely supplier payments and Processing payroll
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
• Review sales reports to claim monthly rebates
• Oversee HR-related responsibilities
• File VAT and PAYE returns on time
• Manage cashflow planning and reporting
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required:

• Professional qualification from a recognized Accountancy Body (ACCA,ACA, CIMA)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
