International Tourism Markets Manager

Osborne are delighted to be partnering with a leading luxury hospitality and retail organisation based in Kildare in the recruitment of an International Markets Manager. This role will have responsibility for tourism market intelligence and partnership markets development.  
In this role you will be working within business and marketing development to strengthening the organisations presence in the tourism industry by gathering insights, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new commercial opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tourism professional who is passionate about driving tourism initiatives and expanding business partnerships.

Location: Kildare
Salary: €60K+++ DOE
Duration: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Role responsibilities:

  • Report on key data/trends related to hotel bookings, and travel patterns to Ireland to inform strategic decisions and marketing efforts.
  • Build, expand, and strengthen relationships with tourism stakeholders including tourist boards, attractions, restaurants, hotels, and industry associations.
  • Work closely with tourism boards to promote the organisation as a key tourist attraction.
  • Identify and explore commercial opportunities within the tourism industry to promote the company as a leading attraction.
  • Collaborate with key MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) organizations, ensuring that the company is a central element in their package offerings.
  • Attend industry events and sales missions, with occasional international travel to represent the company and build a strong presence in the global tourism industry.

What you need to be successful in this position:

  • Strong background in tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to analyse tourism market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with tourism boards, hotels, MICE organizations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
  • Willingness to attend events and travel internationally as required.
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for promoting tourism.
