Caretaker

We are currently seeking an experienced Caretaker to join our client on-site a temporary part-time basis for 3 months.

For you:

• €15 – €16 p/hr
• Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs around the building.
• Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Ensure that all areas of the premises are kept clean and tidy.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmental policies.
• Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas.
• Maintain an inventory of keys and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and school policy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance techniques.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
