We are currently sourcing a highly experienced HR Business Partner on behalf of our client, this a new opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly-scaling team in their head office in Dublin. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HRBP will ensure HR operations run smoothly, effectively and in compliance with all legal requirements, and will shape the global talent management strategy and approach, ensuring that they continue to drive a positive work environment which is supported by the company’s great culture and world-class processes.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the recruitment process, onboarding of all new joiners and offboarding of leavers
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee and manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Performance Management: Manage the Company’s performance review calendar and provide relevant support to leaders and colleagues on performance-related matters
Learning & Development: Oversee the internal learning and development process with input from technical specialists across the business
HR Support: As the first point of contact for all HR queries, advise, support and work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues across the business on HR-related matters including engagement, employee relations and conflict resolution
International Expansion: Support the CPO with our entry into new countries during a period of planned growth
HR Policies & Procedures: Work with the CPO to develop and implement relevant HR policies and procedures
HR Records, Systems & Reporting: Update and maintain employee records and HR systems as required; manage all people reporting and metrics
Regulation & Compliance: Stay updated with relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance across all international operations
Ad-hoc: Support the CPO on ad-hoc people projects in alignment with our people strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A professional certification such as CIPD is a plus
Progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role (5-6 years PQE) is essential – operating across all areas of HR including recruitment, L&D, employee relations, performance management and employee engagement.
Experience in a fast paced, dynamic and scale-up environment is a plus
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, procedures, and legal regulations
Strong understanding of HR systems and databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, amongst other software packages
