Guest Experience Assistant Manager

Osborne are delighted to be partnering with a leading luxury hospitality and retail organisation based in Kildare in the recruitment of an Assistant Guest Experience Manager. This role will involve welcoming guests and ensuring a 5- Star guest experience.
You will be supporting and working closely with the guest-facing teams, developing and driving a high standard of hospitality excellence. This role will suit an action orientated and guest-centric person who can demonstrate an ability to multitask operational and strategic projects, staying calm in a high-pressured environment. This position operates in a fast-paced environment so previous experience in a similar role will be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Guest Experience Manager:

  • Develop and maintain the standards within the guest experience team
  • Managing the guest experience at the visitor centre
  • Implement new standards and change aligned with the organisation strategy
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and welcoming manner 
  • Provide support and assistance to other departments
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to deliver guest services
  • Analysing and reporting on data which will impact the guest delivery service and organisation
  • Requirements of the Assistant Guest Experience Manager.
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role and “guest-centric approach”
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 2 years in a supervisory role demonstrating leadership skills
  • Experience of working in fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt to chance quickly
  • Ability to demonstrate working off your own initiative and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organised with ability to manage time effectively
  • Fluent communication skills in English essential, an additional language would be an advantage.
