Clerical Officer – Dublin 4 – Temporary

Here at Osborne, we are recruiting for a Clerical Officer on behalf of our client based in Dublin 4.

You will assist customers setting up arrangements through the manual process and process post received in relation to arrangement applications.
Review post received, input information into the CRM system, post out statutory documents required to create arrangements to customers, and process payment and submission of arrangement applications.

This position is for 3 months fixed term contract with blending working.

Salary: €16.04 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and categorise post and emails received in relation to the manual applications.
  • Review documentation received for manual applications.
  • Input information from manual documents onto the CRM system to create a digitised version of the arrangement.
  • Post out statutory documents required to make an arrangement.
  • Return incorrectly filled documentation to customers with instructions on missing/incorrect details.
  • Take payment for manual applications to allow for submission of applications onto the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding the manual application process.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries regarding the manual applications.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and thorough records.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arrangement applications and internal processes.
  • Achieve personal and team performance goals, contributing to the overall success of the EPA helpdesk and wider information services team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a clerical, customer service, or contact centre role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015
  • High attention to detail and a commitment providing an exceptional experience to persons engaging with the DSS
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience in providing information and support to colleagues.
