Our client is a leading Health Care Organisation and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced facilities and maintenance technician to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This is a 3-6 month contract with an immediate start and excellent hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will be variable depending on the nature of the projects to be undertaken. These will mainly fall within the areas of facilities management.
Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of plant equipment.
Responsible for contractors used in facility projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Working in conjunction with the warehouse, manufacturing and dispatch operations to ensure the appropriate equipment, work stations, work environments and general infrastructure are planned and in place.
Maintain all required administrative records including, but not limited to, logbooks, work records, maintenance records, contractor visits etc.
Support Validation work where required.
Responsible for H&S programs and related facilities upgrades.
Key Requirements:
3rd level Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
1+ years’ experience in a maintenance role, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
Previous experience on packaging/manufacturing automation
Previous experience with electrical wiring/circuit diagrams a plus but not essential
