Tax Senior – Permanent

We are seeking a Tax Senior on behalf of our client, a top 10 accountancy firm, to join their Private Clients department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with partners and senior management on a diverse portfolio of clients, many of whom have an international focus. You will provide a blend of tax advisory and compliance services, delivering practical and innovative solutions. This position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of practice experience who is ambitious and keen to grow in a dynamic environment.

Location: Dublin 2
Hybrid: 3 days WFH
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 (DOE)
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the firm's relationship with a portfolio of private clients
• Ensuring timely filing of returns and tax payments for clients
• Advising on business structures, transfer pricing, profit repatriations, and succession planning
• Contributing to tax advisory projects as part of an integrated client service team
• Meeting personal and departmental billing and income targets
• Involvement in business development and marketing initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

• AITI qualified or part-qualified accountant with at least 2 years' experience in practice
• Experience working with private clients
• Strong knowledge of Irish tax legislation, commentary, and case law
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Fluent in English and highly proficient in IT
