Control Room Operator

Osborne Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Control Room Operator for our esteemed client in Dublin 12. This is your chance to become an integral part of a leading global systems integrator!

What You’ll Do:

• Administer security monitoring systems with precision.
• Handle calls and email tickets from global client representatives concerning security issues.
• Respond to alarms and provide proactive surveillance based on established procedures.
• Manage internal emergency calls and help points via a soft phone.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with regional security companies for swift resolution.

• Reliable and flexible, ready to work day and night shifts.
• Proficient with computer software and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communicator, able to make decisions under pressure.

• Location: Dublin 12
• Shifts: 24/7/365 rotation, accessible via several bus routes
