We are currently work with a client in North Dublin who are looking to hire and Learning & Organisational Development Manager to join their team on permanent basis. This role is full time role based on site 4 days a week 1 days at home. This role you will be reporting to the Head of L&OD and you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the learning and organisational development strategy. This role will focus on delivering height impact leadership development programmes, managing the e-learning platforms and ensuring compliance with legislative and best practice learning. You will be managing a team of L&D professional daily and working closely with internal and external Stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality L&D initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Lead the full L&OD cycle from needs analysis to design, delivery and evaluation, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives
Take ownership of the Leadership development Strategy, designing and delivering programmes in partnership with external providers
Lead initiatives to develop current and future leaders, providing coaching and mentoring where necessary.
Manage and implementation of the LMS,
Deliver leadership coaching services, leveraging your accreditation and expertise to enhance leadership capability
Manage the internal Mentoring Programme to ensure that the programme fosters effective relationships that support professional Development
Proactively manage relationships with external learning and development providers, ensuring service excellence and value for money.
Oversee the L&OD communication strategy, managing content for the website and ensuring staff are informed about L&D opportunities.
Manage the L&OD budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet strategic and operational objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Essential Requirements:
Primary degree Level 7 in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in L&D Manager role previously.
Coaching Accreditation with demonstrable experience in delivering leadership coaching
Experience in managing and end to end L&D process from needs analysis to evaluation
Proven experience managing an LMS and implementing eLearning strategies
Strong leadership and people management experience
Budget management experience
Must be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Skilled at managing change and fostering a positive organisational culture.
Desired:
MSc in L&D, Organisation Psychology, or relative area
Membership in CIPD or a relevant professional body
Significant experience in semi-public/private sector employee relations
Experience in data analysis and generating metric reports related to L&D performance
