Osborne is looking for a Data Analyst for 6 months Contract role for one of our client based in Dublin. Role is completely remote We are looking for someone coming with a strong background in Power BI and DAX formula's.
Roles description:
Develop, design, and maintain pre-defined reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Gather and analyse business requirements to ensure reports meet user needs.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports.
Build and present data insights through advanced visuals, tailoring data outputs to the audience from exec level presentations through to front-line dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize and enhance existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Maintain documentation for report development processes and standards.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.
Source, review and recommend opportunities for data/AI to enhance reporting/business operations.
Adhere to data policy, processes, and principles to uphold information governance and ethics of the department and Group
Is prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of the project.
To handle personal data in accordance with the organisation's data protection policy.
Actively participate in, and promote Prevent and the safeguarding of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures always, including Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities, Quality, Health and Safety and IT.
Experience in data analysis and business intelligence
Experience of building data tools and visuals using tools such as Power BI
Experience of data business partnering, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions to business challenges.
Comfortable working with data from multiple sources.
