We are hiring an experienced Pensions Administrator for our client, a leading innovative European University based in North Dublin on a contract basis! This role will be based in the HR department and will be giving support to the pension and HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
To check and validate data integrity of scheme membership data prior to subsequent onboarding to the Single Public Service Pension Scheme (SPSPS) Databank.
Assessment of new employee/returning employee data to ensure compliance.
Update website as required.
To provide efficient and effective support in other areas undertaken by the Pensions Team. While not limited to, this would include managing of annual project involving the validation of pensions in payment.
Administration of ongoing requirements of the Single Public Service Pension Scheme, the Colleges of Education Pension Schemes
Key Requirements
Experience of using People XD ,Core HR/Core Pension would be a distinct advantage.
Experience of public service pension schemes is desirable
Strong organisational and IT skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
