Quality Technician  

We are working with a manufacturing organisation in Meath who are looking to hire a Quality Technician to join their growing team.  

The successful candidate will work on ensuring high standard of product quality throughout the production process by ensuring the required inspection is conducted, defects are identified and the appreciate recording and communication is completed.  

This role you will need to have a good eye for detail and be responsible for performing quantity control check on all products to ensure they meet the required legal and company standards for safety and quality.
You will be required to maintain calibrated test equipment, prepare test data, and identify areas for quality control improvement. 

Salary and Benefits: 

  • €45,000 DOE 
  • 5 days on site

  • Information Management & adherence 
  • Improvement Activity 

Key Requirements: 

  • Experience of ISO90001:2015 quality standard, AS9100D would be an advantage  
  • Experience as an inspection or quality technician 
  • Hight level of visual awareness  
  • Advanced organisational skills  
  • Experience drafting report and collating data 
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision  
  • Ability to analyse and interpret technical information  

Essential Criteria: 

  • Computer literate / IT skills, competent with a range of IT packages including Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Have a minimum of 1 years’ quality experience in a manufacturing company  
  • Minimum 1 year’s working knowledge of BOM’s / Drawings and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work to quality standards. 
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and a can do attitude for the role.
