We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team based in Little Island Co. Cork.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of import and export logistics, including container shipping, customs documentation, and compliance with international regulations.
Prepare and issue documentation for purchasing related to engineering projects and stock.
Maintain communication with suppliers to minimize lead times and manage stock effectively.
Organize the transportation of goods efficiently for both incoming supplies and outgoing customer deliveries.
Support the Project and Engineering Supply Chain Manager in maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
Train and mentor new employees within the department.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and continuously update spreadsheets and filing systems.
Work closely with the CSP Quality Management team to manage new materials, products, pricing, and supplier selection.
Coordinate with forwarders and delivery drivers to manage the delivery of goods and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for domestic and international shipments.
Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets to align with Sage, and manage delivery dockets and fitting orders.
Generate purchase orders and arrange deliveries for various products, including flexible products, CSP standard products, and hardware products.
Track and manage purchase orders from suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and invoicing processes
Key Skills and Requirements:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Excel.
At least 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer service-oriented with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
