Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator

We are looking for an Accounts / Payroll Administrator for our client, on a temporary basis located in County Monaghan.

This role is initially ongoing temporary with view to permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing – General Ledger.
  • Accounts Payable,
  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Schedules
  • Intercompany posting through General Ledger.
  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Journal entries and Bank Reconciliations.
  • Bank transactions / Ledgers.
  • Month End Reports.
  • Month End Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with Sage 200 is desirable
  • Strong excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
