Our client, a leading Charity organisation in Dublin 4 is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, discrete and personable individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced organisation. Working to one of the Directors, you will be responsible for providing full administrative and executive support on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Providing confidential and day to day EA support to Global Head of Client Services
Ensure smooth management of the diary to provide best use of time, forward thinking and planning to anticipate and resolve any potential issues.
Prioritise and effectively resolve all urgent matters including written/email correspondence, calls, reports, requests for information etc.
Receive and screen incoming telephone calls ensuring calls managed efficiently.
Co-ordinate extensive and complex international travel, accommodation and meetings.
Co-ordination of visitor agendas from Global locations and all business travel for travellers in Ireland.
Control full expense management – submitting all claims in a timely manner
Co-ordinate Board Meetings and Events. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, spreadsheets, web-ex and video conference details.
Responsible for Global reporting of vacation schedule for manager’s direct reports – logging all business travel and absences .
Responsible for communication within the Client Services unit. Updating email villages as required and remaining the focal point for co-ordination of internal meetings and communications.
Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient and experienced in virtual collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Discretion and understanding of confidentiality
Excellent team player
