Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports, including the processing of month-end journals.
Review and submit monthly financial reports to various stakeholders and the parent company.
Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Manage commission reporting for staff payments.
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
Support forecast and budget preparation activities.
Ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, maintaining personal and team health and safety.
Perform additional ad hoc finance duties as required.

Your Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential, with strong knowledge of other MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with accounting systems; Sage 200 experience is advantageous.
Familiarity with Qlikview or other Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
A team player with strong communication skills, highly motivated, and adaptable to change.
Ability to present key accounts to senior managers confidently.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar finance role.
Fully qualified or part-qualified ACA/CIMA/CPA/ACCA, or studying towards professional qualification.
Experience in the motor trade or knowledge of car hire or similar consumer rental businesses is highly desirable.
