Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at Osborne, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by generating new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, promoting the Osborne brand, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities while collaborating closely with our recruitment and business management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong working relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring that their recruitment needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
Sales Strategy Execution: Align local commercial and sales strategies with Osborne's overall growth objectives, actively contributing to the achievement of financial and KPI targets.
Brand Promotion: Champion the Osborne brand both internally and externally, enhancing our reputation in the market.
Sales Culture Development: Foster a sales-oriented culture within the team, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring adherence to agreed contracts and terms.
Strategic Networking: Attend networking events, often outside of regular business hours, to expand your network and generate leads.
Business Development: Identify, develop, and transition relationships with new clients, ensuring a smooth handover to the recruitment team for service delivery.
Professional Conduct: Prepare and conduct all client meetings with a consultative, expert approach.
Sales Management: Review existing client accounts regularly to maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth.
Reporting: Track and report on all sales activities, including lead generation and follow-ups, to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:
Education: A relevant Level 8 Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment consultancy, sales, or a professional business environment.
Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions.
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
