We are currently looking for a highly motivated Regional Business Development Director to join our team in Drogheda. This role is to drive business growth and work with a high-level client base in the M1/Drogheda region. You will work closely with our recruitment team and a wider Commercial Development team and will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Duties of the role include:
Develop a sales culture within the operation, creating a Business Plan from a Commercial Development perspective focusing on New Business Development and Key Account Management in conjunction with the relevant branch manager and/or Commercial Development Manager.
Identify, build, and develop relationships with new clients in the region with the purpose of transitioning to the recruitment team; proactively contacting leads and prospects daily.
Prepare and conduct all client meetings in a highly professional, expert, and consultative manner.
Develop partnerships and relationships with strategic bodies and business networks.
Achieve weekly & monthly sales financial and KPI objectives.
Collate and follow up on all generated leads.
Drive a sales and commercially aware environment through soliciting leads & leading by example in documenting and chasing.
Maintain competitor awareness in the region.
Requirements:
5+ years experience with in a similar position
Highly motivated with drive to exceed targets.
Resilient, determined and processes a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in pipeline generation and business prospecting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM Systems
Need to be highly organised and thrives in a busy hybrid working environment.
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills.
