Talent Acquisition Manager
Dublin 1
Hybrid – 3 days onsite
2 Year FTC

 

Working Week: 35 hours as a standard working week.
Annual Leave: 30 days per leave year.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy and implementing the TA model to stakeholders.
This role will lead out on a project of change as the HR team moves towards their future operating model, for their new site.

Professional Duties and Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain positive stakeholder relations.
  • Seek and act on feedback from stakeholders in relation to service quality.
  • Recruitment & Selection Activity Enhancement
  • Drive the design and implementation of improvements to the clients Recruitment & Selection policy, processes and SOP’s
  • Identify hard to fill/long term vacancies and apply proactive recruitment techniques to address the issue.
  • Liaise with the clients Communications/Marketing Department in developing standard clients promotional materials for use in all recruitment and selection campaigns.
  • Lead out on the integration of processes with any existing or new recruitment automation software.
  • Deliver the integration of the newly launched Professional Development Framework into the recruitment processes and procedures of administrative, support and technical staff.
  • Redesign and implement enhanced interview skills training for clients Executive members, internal candidates and HR practitioners in conjunction with Learning and Development colleagues.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

  • Support the Director of People & Culture to develop, deliver and market the clients EVP in the attraction of talent to all clients sites while also implementing effective ways to attract and retain talent.
  • Promote client as an employer of choice through various channels (i.e. popular media channels).
  • Participate in job fairs, career events and other recruitment activities.
  • Manage the Exit Interview process sharing insights, trends and feedback with relevant stakeholders with the view to propose solutions surrounding retention.
  • Develop and implement a framework for a positive onboarding experience for New Hires.

Professional HR Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert Medical Business Services advice supporting cross HR services functions (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Business Partnering, Organisational Design, Talent, Learning & Development, Managers etc.).
  • Provide operational leadership, line management and support to designated HR team members in all roles.
  • Work across clients HR teams to provide an effective and best practice HR service.
  • At all times, represent the whole clients HR department with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a consistent approach to an excellent customer service delivery model.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide all requests for data/reports, using professional reporting
  • Provide regular data and recruitment metric reports and updates to HR Management and stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with the TA team to implement solutions.

Essential Requirements

  • 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant area. OR must have minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience and have completed a qualification in HR.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant, post graduate experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a Lead position, managing a team.
  • Must have extensive experience working F/T in a Talent Acquisition or In-House Recruitment role, delivering on targets, cold-calling, sourcing, international campaigns and leading out on pipeline creation.
  • Must have extensive and demonstrable Social Media experience, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter
