Accounts Payable Associate – Dublin 15 – Permanent 

Our client an ever growing organisation is looking for an accounts payable associate to join them. This role had been created to due to organisational growth!!  This role will be based onsite in Dublin 15 and is permanent.
You will be responsible for AP, reconciliations, 3rd party matching and approx. 100 invoices per week ranging from low value invoices to very high value invoices. The system they use is SAP, experience with this would be very beneficial. 
You will ideally have experience in Accounts Payable in the following industries Construction / Manufacturing/ Logistics/ distribution/ FMCG. 

Salary & Benefits: 

  • €38,000 -€45,000 per annum DOE 
  • Permanent
  • Fully Onsite
  • Hours: 7.30am to 4pm Monday – Thurs; 7am to 2pm Friday. 
  • Kitchen
  • Onsite Parking


  • Processing, matching and posting large volumes of supplier invoices
  • Liaising with Suppliers, Functional Departments and wider Finance Team to resolve invoice, account and payment queries
  • Key contact point for an assigned group of suppliers
  • Monthly supplier account reconciliations
  • Various AP Admin tasks, i.e master data requests, document and mailbox management etc.
  • Supporting with month end activities
  • Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Finance Manager
  • Supporting and participating in Finance process improvements projects
  • Support audit-related activities as required


  • 3+ years previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Business related qualification desirable
  • SAP experience is a distinct advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Understanding of VAT treatment on invoices (Reverse charge, Intrastat etc.)
  • Attention to detail (due to high volume of invoices monthly)
  • Excellent organization & time management skills (working to deadlines)
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player, able to work on own initiative
