Small Format Printer  

I am currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Small Format Printer to join our client who is a leading provider of innovative digital printing services, known for their exceptional quality and customer-centric approach.  The role of Small Format Printer will offer someone a permanent role working with the production team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small format digital printing, with a keen eye for quality and precision. This role involves operating and maintaining digital print equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and meeting production deadlines.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm with flexibility for overtime and hours on a Saturday due to the needs of the business and their customers.

  • Flexible and willing to work on different parts of the production line.
  • Be responsible and take ownership of your work.
  • Be an excellent timekeeper.
  • Produce high quality printed products
  • Working with Production team to ensure jobs are produced correctly and on time
  • Team player
  • Assist other team colleagues as needed.
  • Check that boxes or pallets are not damaged and ready for delivery.
  • Always follow health & safety procedures
  • General factory tidiness. i.e., Cleaning, emptying bins etc.
  • Full training will be provided to suitable candidates on all finishing equipment. 

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Printing Industry an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Must be flexible with work schedule; willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to perform with a sense of urgency and accuracy with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Can act on your own initiative and adapt quickly to change.
  • Must be able to work within a small team.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Will be required to work between departments including the rotation of positions and machines.
