Business Development Executive

Here at Osborne, we are hiring for a Business Development Executive for a dynamic and growing company based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote the business.
  • Contribute to strategic sales development and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales information on ERP, CRM, and other platforms.
  • Establish customer leads and identify opportunities with effective follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the team on sales and technical inquiries.
  • Communicate actively with other stakeholders within the organization.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Adopt continuous improvement practices within the sales team.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to contribute to company goals.
  • Ensure safe working methods and adherence to company policies.
  • This role involves travel and requires flexibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Leaving Certificate; higher education is desirable.
  • 5+ years in a similar role is required.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
  • Proven experience in data capture or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software and databases.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good presentation ability.
  • Target-driven and motivated with effective report writing skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and accountability for performance and KPIs.
  • Enthusiastic team player.
