The Osborne Tech and Eng team are currently recruiting for the role of Quality Control Technician to join our client operating in the Healthcare diagnostic sector. The successful incumbent will work with all site personnel to make a real difference to the lives of people in this exciting R and D project. Requirements:
Engineering or Science Discipline Diploma qualification with relevant experience in automation/systems manufacturing or support
Competencies required:
You will be responsible for Technical inspection of electro-mechanical parts & large in-vitro diagnostic instrumentation in a low volume, high complexity & highly regulated technology environment
You will be responsible for completing, maintaining & reviewing all necessary paperwork and test data for each system/ module to ensure that accurate Quality records are available.
You will support quality aspects of instrument manufacture & support resolution in a timely manner to ensure daily output targets are achieved while developing, improving & maintaining good manufacturing practices & workmanship standards with a quality & process robustness focus.
Key functions:
You must have experience in being a part of teams & projects with good communications skills, written & verbal.
You must have strong trouble shooting & practical experience in instrument(s)
As required, you will contribute to various Quality Assurance activities onsite supporting the manufacture of large IVD instrumentation while working collaboratively across the manufacturing site with engineering, production and procurement.
