Sales Executive (Corporate Services) – Dublin 1 – Permanent

We are currently seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our client's team located in Dublin 1. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an organization that is dedicated to facilitating organizations in making data-informed decisions in hiring and leadership development, ensuring the right talent is placed in the right roles.

As the Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle, expanding their customer base for career guidance and testing services.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary of €40,000 plus commission
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Central location
  • Hybrid working arrangements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships in corporate services team
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and career coaches
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote their services effectively
  • Take ownership of sales targets and lead efforts to achieve and surpass them
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, with a preference for selling training courses to professionals
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR industry trends and best practices would be advantageous
