Senior Administrator – Dublin 4  

We are seeking a Business Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their busy and dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations for this busy property company.
This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Salary €35,000-€40,000

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide and excellent level of customer service representing the business in all dealing with stakeholders. 
  • Support to the manager on operational activities to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis 
  • Responsible for dealing with all incoming phone, email queries relating to the branch such as viewing appointments etc.  
  • Ensuring all appointment are confirmed via online system, 
  • Prepare document in advance of property viewing  
  • Ordering of promotional stock when require  
  • Prepare content within deadlines for all in house publication when required  
  • Prepare and order inhouse brochures using brochure creation platform  
  • Publish weekly on view times through web portals 
  • Request invoices, balancing/transfer account & deposit refunds  
  • Processing Card payment through Sage Pay 
  • Support monthly receipts and petty cash monthly  
  • Support eh branch in preparation for weekend viewings.  
  • Ad hoc duties required.  

Requirements: 
 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration. 
  • Proficiency in property management software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure. 
  • Highly motivated with and ability to take ownership and strong attention to detail
