Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Co. Louth 
Salary: €60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in the garment industry?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Production Manager to oversee our garment production operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and supervising production activities, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Organising Production Activities:

  • Develop detailed production schedules to meet goals efficiently.
  • Allocate resources such as machinery, materials, and human capital for optimal productivity.
  • Assess and optimize production capacity to meet demand and ensure resource utilization.

Quality Control and Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production process.
  • Perform regular inspections to identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Team Supervision and Leadership:

  • Supervise production teams, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Train staff on production processes and implement skill development programs.

Cost Control and Budget Management:

  • Monitor production costs and manage budgets to maintain profitability.

Timely Delivery and Inventory Management:

  • Ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Technical knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.


  • A degree in Technical, Engineering, Technology, Business, Fashion, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience in garment manufacturing, including knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production management.
