Supply Chain Manager – located in Co. Louth – Permanent – €50,000

  • Developing and executing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Monitoring and enhancing supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and on-time delivery of materials.
  • Managing inventory levels to strike a balance between meeting customer demands and minimizing excess stock.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and drive continuous efficiency gains.
  • Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the supply chain team.


  • Three years of experience in supply chain management would be preferred, preferably within a manufacturing environment although the right graduate would be considered.
  • A proven track record of successfully optimizing supply chain processes and achieving tangible results.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a distinct advantage, although not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
