Transactions Lawyer (Non Fee-Earning) – Legal Projects – Dublin 

One of the leading providers of legal projects solutions in the country has partnered with Osborne in seeking a Lawyer with 2+ years PQE, demonstrating significant exposure to Corporate M&A, Asset Management, Contracts and Discovery,?to join their highly-rated, collegial team based in central Dublin?on a?permanent basis.?

Salary: €70-80k DOE 
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri) 
Location: Dublin City Centre 

 
Role and Responsibilities 
As a central part of this transactions-focused team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in providing agile legal support and guidance to an enviable portfolio of clients, including work on: 

 
1. Transaction Delivery & Completion 

  • Making use of cutting-edge legal technology 

  • Collaborating with Tech Specialists, Project Managers & Process Specialists 

  • Embracing novel and original delivery techniques to provide solutions for industry-leading clients 
     

2. Loan & Asset Portfolios 

  • Assisting clients in large-scale loan & asset portfolio acquisition projects 
     

3. Due Diligence 

  • Providing support on due-diligence activity, including e-discovery projects. 

Candidate Characteristics 

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following characteristics: 

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland, England & Wales or similar common-law jurisdiction. 

  • 2+ years’ recent experience dealing with large-scale corporate transactions. 

  • A genuine interest in innovation, with experience using technology to advance legal projects. 

  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong client communication and presentation skills. 

  • Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
