At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator – Projects to join an organisation that provides support and services to the higher education sector. 
As Senior Project Administrator you will work closely with other members of the Project Management Office and the Administrative Lead.

For You:

  • You will be part of a nationwide programme running until the end of April 2025
  • Remote opportunity
  • Full time hours, 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare programmatic reports and financial reports for submission to the Project Steering Group, Higher Education Authority and institutional Registrars/VPs Academic Affairs.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the project including assisting with these types of tasks: project planning, writing tenders/RfPs, drafting and circulating minutes, co-ordinating meeting schedules/calendars, booking venues and assisting in the organisation of events.
  • Undertake financial administration including maintenance of accounts, record-keeping and preparation of quarterly expenditures reports etc.
  • Provide support to communications projects which may include: events, campaigns, webinars, seminars, web content, and other communications/PR activities.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders including the project accountant, the Administrative Lead, Institutional Leads, the Steering Group and Cosponsors.
  • Provide other supports and assistance to the Project Manager as may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min of 6 years’ administrative experience across projects, financial administration and reporting
  • Have the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and a self-starter
  • Have excellent report writing and written skills
  • Be well-organised, have an attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Have experience of financial administration.
