Compliance Administrator – Dublin 2 – Permanent 

Here at Osborne, we are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator on behalf of our client, one of Ireland's top Healthcare Recruitment Agencies. With a track record of excellence and multiple industry awards, they provide locum doctors, nurses, and healthcare assistants to hospitals, GP surgeries and home care providers nationwide. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in a busy Compliance department, ensuring the smooth operation of the recruitment process from start to finish.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 (DOE)
  • Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Location: Dublin 6
  • Career progression

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate account information, ensuring files are kept up to date for active candidates.
  • Work closely with new candidates to ensure timely compliance.
  • Process Garda Vetting applications for Healthcare Professionals.
  • Conduct reference checks and maintain communication with candidates via phone and email.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as required

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year' experience in an administrative role (Recruitment experience not necessary)
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administration and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills are essential.
  • Capacity to work independently, prioritize workload, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
