Team Administrator – Dublin 2 – Permanent

Our client, the leading professional body for construction, land, and property professionals in Ireland, is seeking a motivated Team Administrator to join their ranks. With over 6,500 members and students, our client is dedicated to elevating professional standards and serving as a trusted expert voice in the public interest. As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of education, membership services, and regulation to their esteemed members. Your responsibilities will span across various administrative tasks, including maintaining CRM records, assisting with meetings and events, and providing front-of-house support. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience within the industry and fosters professional development and career growth.

Position Details:

 

  • Salary: €32,000 – 38,000 (DOE)
  • Contract: Full-Time Position (subject to successful completion of 6-month probationary period)
  • Location: Dublin 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain CRM records and support core functions of the organization.
  • Assist with administrative tasks across education, regulation, and other teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, conduct due diligence checks, and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of training and events.
  • Provide front-of-house administrative duties, including welcoming visitors and managing room bookings.
  • Handle queries from members and the public via email and phone.

Experience & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data administration.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Effective planning, administration, and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills for addressing customer/member queries.
