At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Project Support and Liaison Officer to join an organisation that provides support and services to the higher education sector.
As Project Support and Liaison Officer you will support the growing project by identifying opportunities for synergies, collaboration and shared experiences across key groups and stakeholders.

For You:

  • You will be part of a nationwide programme running until the end of December 2024
  • Remote opportunity, with a small bit of travel within Ireland
  • Full time hours, 35 hours per week


  • Help coordinate the programme and support the National Co-ordinator in all aspects of project delivery.
  • Support project planning, management, milestone delivery, needs analysis, procurement and other aspects of project and budget administration
  • Liaise with and act as key contact for key stakeholder groups, including Institutional Leads in the partner institutions to support implementation of the project through central structures.
  • Maintain an overview of the range of activities underway in each partner institution, identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Establish and provide administrative support to a defined number of network groups with specific shared expertise / interest.
  • Identify and manage a centralised collection of examples, case studies and key learning points from collaborative activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports on all aspects of project performance
  • Assist with the coordination and support of the Programme Steering Board and Cross Institution Working Groups.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in enterprise and with government agencies

Candidate Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong demonstrated project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience of / capacity for report management, budget management, detailed financial reporting and other project administration tasks.
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting multi-stakeholder working groups an advantage.
  • Ability to understand the programme objectives and value proposition for a range of stakeholders, and to work flexibly to achieve project objectives and timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders in different contexts.
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team with multiple work streams in a dynamic environment.
  • Be a good communicator with strong digital skills.
  • Have appropriate academic or training qualifications and be a highly motivated and energetic individual.
