Customer Support Administrator 
At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a leading global manufacturer of electronic products and systems based in Dublin 24.

As Customer Support Administrator you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to the organisation’s customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a strong customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues related to our products and services.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further assistance and resolution.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about product features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Maintain Documentation and Records:
  • Accurately record customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Generate reports and metrics to track call volume, resolution times, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the HVAC industry in technical role would be an advantage (but not necessary)
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and other relevant tools.
