Join Our Team: Payroll Administrator Position Available

Osborne Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Payroll Administrator.

This role is a pivotal part of ensuring the smooth operation of payroll services and offers a chance to contribute significantly to the healthcare sector.

Position: Payroll Administrator

Contract: 12-Month Temporary Contract

Salary: €32,000 per annum

Location: Rathgar, Dublin

About the Role: 
The Payroll Administrator will play a crucial role in administering the fortnightly payroll, assisting with the monthly payroll, and ensuring all deadlines are met to maintain timely and accurate payment processes.
This position involves close collaboration with senior management to provide essential reports and assist in the efficient operation of the payroll department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fortnightly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with monthly payroll and meet all related deadlines.
  • Provide support with ad hoc reports for budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries and assist with audit recommendations.
  • Promote and implement improvements within the payroll process.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards.

 

Eligibility and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a payroll department or relevant qualifications (Leaving Certificate with Maths and English, or equivalent third-level qualification).
  • Knowledge of current payroll applications and public sector pay scales.
  • Strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet critical deadlines.
